Overview
SheetMailMerge is a Google Sheets Add-on to enable you to do Mail Merge easily using Google Sheets and Gmail API.

Activate License
Please buy our lifetime license to use this add-on
How to Use
- Click Extensions > Mail Merge > Activate License
- After license is activated,go to Click Extensions > Mail Merge > Open App
- Fill in the subject of the email. You can use variables by wrapping it in a double curly symbols.
For example, you can use something likeNew Year Discount for {{name}}
- Fill in the email body. You can also use variables by wrapping it in a double curly symbols.
- If you use any variables, you need to click “Detect and Fill Variables” button to fill those variables.
- You need to specify the recipients of the email in a range of cells, such as “A2:A13”
- If you are using variables, you need to input the range of cells for each of the variables you used earlier, such as
{{nams}}
- Click “Send Emails” button to send email.. and then check your Gmail account. You’ve successfully send the emails!
Limits
We’re using Gmail service in Apps Script for this functionality.
